Stoppafusket sends an e-mail with six questions to Yong Xue Hu (at 16.51):

1. Guo Bin has transferred in total more than 3 000 euro for him to get the job at you salong. Another Chinese masseur had also to pay you, through GBs account. 5. You notified him later (11 February) that he shall be out of the room at 11 mars. And two days later you send him information about cheap flights to China. Do you try with any methods to get him out of Estonia so you will not meet at Labour Inspectorate?

6. During his sick leave you have now resigned his contract which is, as I have got information about, illegal to do.
One remark for fire him is standing out for me. He had come too late to one client. He got a message 9.03 that he had a client 9.00. He met me through a company specializing in labor export in Shandong Province, China. Guo Bin and I didn’t know each other before.

He said he negotiated with the company and paid a registration fee of 5,000 yuan. He also has to pay a large fee to the China Labor Export Company… He hopes that I will personally help him reduce the burden. This was entirely out of his personal willingness to pay, and he asked me to help him reduce costs. These were recorded in messages left by both parties on the Chinese WeChat software. Obtaining an Estonian visa is not granted to Guo Bin by a company or individual, but an application is made by the employer in accordance with relevant regulations and legal procedures. Regarding the salary issue,
it should be said that it was pretty normal in the first few months. The problem arose late last year. Guo Bin’s customer base dropped significantly. It was recorded that he actually worked 77 hours in December and 78.5 hours in January 2024. There are several reasons for this:
1. Objectively, the customer base is smaller (such as cold weather). I also tried to recommend my clients to Guo Bin, but many clients were unwilling to go and would rather wait for me. Additionally, his personal language and techniques are different.
